Dr. Jinho Kim and his wife ran Eden Hospital, and they had one precious son. Born with a rare disease, the boy had low intelligence and could only survive by consuming human flesh and organs.

Desperate to save him, the couple secretly murdered patients with no relatives and continued horrifying human experiments. One day, Dr. Kim discovered that his son’s blood could revive the dead, and he became convinced it was the key to immortality. From then on, he extracted his son’s blood daily, and what began as treatment slowly turned into obsession.

His wife tried to stop him, unable to watch their son suffer any longer—only to be killed by her husband. After her death, her spirit remained in the hospital, becoming a vengeful ghost who blocks anyone trying to reach the child.

Backed by shadowy VIP sponsors, Dr. Kim pushed his research further and eventually injected the blood into himself—transforming into a monster. Now, he wanders the darkness of Eden Hospital, searching endlessly for new test subjects.
